      Job description:

    • Find new suppliers and explore new opportunity in the food ingredients and additives market segment.
    • Follow up market price movements to choose the best time of placing orders.
    • Coordinate the finance of the new import cargos requirements with the financial department.
    • Obtain price quotations from existing and potential suppliers.
    • Making sure that all the commodities and products are arranged properly and matching the quality standards.
    • Negotiate the orders details and make sure that documents will be fulfilled in time.
    • Track shipments across different channels.
    • Review documents to make sure, it’s complete and comply with the new ACI system requirements.
    • Strategizing, planning and coordinating the import activities and its requirements.
    • Making sure that the commodities arrive within the given time.
    • Working with the unit head of the organization and checking, studying and examining various methods and procedures of importation.
    • Perform all shipment bookings with carriers.

      Job requirement:

    • Applicants are preferred to be resident of 10th of Ramadan city.
    • Good command of computer programs.
    • Fluent in spoken and written English.
    • Good communication skills.
